I am a mother to 4 crazy little weirdos, ranging in ages from 16-2. I currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah but I dream of the beach! I AM an Elevated Life Junkie. I will be turning 40 this year and I am on a mission to be the healthiest me that I can possibly be. Mind. Body. Spirit.  I also have a passion for helping others live their most Elevated life!

I understand that life is busy – I mean I have 4 kids, but I also know how important it is to take care of your entire self.

I officially launched this business in 2018 and took a passion for health and wellness and made it into a career!

Prior to becoming a Health & Wellness Coach, I worked as a Supervisor for an online retail company that I was employed at for 11.5 years. On January 10th I was laid off, due to “restructure”. Honestly, my payers to the Universe were answered, I was able to be home and focus on my kids, my home, and building a business dedicated to helping other women.

I am nobody special, and I don’t mean that in a demeaning way. I truly do believe in my gifts and experience that I have to offer. I am a mother of 4 children that suffered from postpartum depression, that weighed over 200 pounds. I was ashamed of myself, I talked badly to myself every single day. I made the excuses, I binged ate, (I think I have a peanut butter cup addiction sometimes.) lol 😉 I broke my promises, I gave up, I didn’t stick to any goals that I would make.

One day I woke up, I was sick of giving up, I was sick of showing my kids that it was okay to give up. To just sit and do nothing to change your life. I was seriously just disgusted with my life and I knew it was up to me to change.

I started with my mental health, I started with a therapist, added meditation back into my life, and some personal develop daily.  Then I taught myself about nutrition, clean eating, how to be mindful, stick within portions but not limiting my food. I LOVE food. I am a huge foodie, cutting out food is not something that I agree with or incorporate into my teachings.

After I felt like I had my depression under control and my nutrition was a lifestyle, I added in a workout routine and now this is my lifestyle. I am showing up for myself every single day, and showing my kids this example. I am able to cook them healthy meals that they LOVE! I am active and involved in their lives. There is still a lot of things I am working on and I will never be perfect. Perfection isn’t the point.

What I have to offer is my life experience, the fact that I have been there done that. I pass no judgments here, I promise I have been there too whatever it is. I am dedicated to helping you achieve whatever your goals are, by showing you what worked for me and helping you find what will work best for you.
